What is VitaMeals?
VitaMeals is a healthy ready-meal service: you pick your meals from the menu, and we bring them to your door every Sunday and Wednesday. Every meal lists its calories, protein, carbs and fat, so you always know what you are eating.
How do I order?
On the website: pick your meals, add them to the cart and check out in a few minutes. Sunday orders close Friday at 14:00, and Wednesday orders close Monday at 14:00.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to dozens of towns across Northern and Central Israel, including Nazareth, Haifa, Tel Aviv and more. You can check your town on the delivery areas page. Delivery is ₪39 per order, and some towns have a ₪10 surcharge that is shown before you confirm.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver every Sunday and Wednesday, and you choose the day when you order. Jerusalem is delivered on Sundays only.
How much does a meal cost?
A meal is ₪44.90, and the more meals you order, the lower the price: • 1–6 meals: no discount • 7–9 meals: 5% off • 10–17 meals: 11% off • 18+ meals: 14% off
How do I prepare a meal?
VitaMeals meals arrive ready — just heat them following the instructions on the pack, and your meal is ready in minutes.
Do you have high-protein meals?
Absolutely! We have a wide range of healthy, high-protein meals, and the menu shows the nutrition values of every meal so you can choose what suits you and your goals.
Are the meals suitable for dieting or sports?
Every meal lists its calories, protein, carbs and fat, so it is easy to pick meals that fit your plan — the plan itself is yours or your dietitian's to set.
How does the points system work?
With an account you earn points worth 4% of your meals' value (delivery excluded), added after your order is delivered. Points are valid for 45 days and work as a discount on your next orders.
Do I need a subscription to order?
No. You can order once with no commitment. The monthly subscription is optional, for anyone who wants to plan the whole month in one go.
How does the monthly subscription work?
You plan the meals of every delivery in the month once, and they arrive each week on your chosen delivery day. The discount is calculated per delivery by its number of meals: • 3–4 meals: no discount • 5–6 meals: 5% off • 7–9 meals: 11% off • 10+ meals: 14% off You can change the meals of any delivery before its cutoff.
