Last updated: 2 September 2026
Welcome to the VitaMeals website.
The website and the services offered through it are operated by VitaMeals Ltd., a company registered in Israel, referred to in these Terms as "VitaMeals", "the Company", or "we".
Address: Nazareth, Israel
Email: vitameal.ad@gmail.com
Phone / WhatsApp: 0527418907
Primary contact channel: WhatsApp, via the number above.
By using the website, opening an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order through it.
Order Cancellation Policy — in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 — is set out in full in section 11 below.
01Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern the use of the VitaMeals website and the purchase of the meals, products, and services available through it.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any information or terms displayed on the product, order, or payment pages, constitute the agreement between the customer and VitaMeals.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a right that may not be limited or excluded by law, the provisions of the law shall prevail, but only to the extent required.
02Eligibility
The user confirms that they are legally competent to make purchases and enter into contracts.
Where an order is placed on behalf of another person, the person placing the order confirms that they are authorised to do so and that the information provided is accurate.
Minors may use the website and place orders only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
03Accounts and Guest Checkout
Orders may be placed through a user account or, where the website allows it, as a guest.
The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including name, telephone number, delivery address, and any information required to complete the order.
The user is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information provided.
- Safeguarding their account access credentials.
- All orders and activity carried out through their account or credentials.
- Notifying VitaMeals immediately of any unauthorised use.
VitaMeals may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, refuse to open an account, or suspend, restrict, or cancel an account, where it suspects fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, provision of inaccurate information, or harm to the website, the Company, customers, or third parties.
04Products and Meals
VitaMeals aims to present clear information about its meals; however, the nature of freshly prepared food and raw ingredients may result in reasonable differences between the actual meal and the image or description displayed.
Product and meal images are genuine or representative of the product, but are provided for display and illustration purposes. The final appearance, arrangement, colour, size, presentation, or the form of natural ingredients may reasonably vary.
Meal ingredients or certain details may change as a result of availability, seasonality, or production requirements, provided that no materially misleading change is made.
Images and presentation descriptions do not constitute a guarantee of complete visual conformity.
05Nutritional Information and Values
The nutritional values, calories, and quantities displayed are estimates and approximations, and may vary due to factors including:
- Natural variation in raw ingredients.
- Actual portion size.
- Preparation method.
- Ingredient supplier.
- Seasonal changes.
- Measurement and calculation tolerances.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the displayed values do not represent independent laboratory testing of each individual meal and do not constitute a guarantee of absolute accuracy.
The website and its nutritional information must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
06Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
A customer who suffers from a food allergy, intolerance to a particular ingredient, a medical condition, or special dietary restrictions is responsible for clearly informing VitaMeals before completing the order, through the designated notes field or the available contact channel.
The customer must review the ingredients and the information displayed on the meal or its label before consumption.
Meals may be prepared in a facility that handles various allergens; therefore, no meal may be assumed to be entirely free of traces of any allergen, unless VitaMeals has provided express written confirmation regarding the specific meal.
Submitting a note regarding an allergy does not necessarily mean that VitaMeals can accommodate the request or guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
VitaMeals may decline any order whose requirements it cannot safely meet.
If an allergy is severe or may expose the customer to a health risk, the customer must not consume the meal unless they have received clear confirmation appropriate to their condition.
07Placing and Accepting Orders
Submitting an order through the website does not constitute its final acceptance.
An order is deemed accepted once confirmed by VitaMeals or once a clear confirmation appears in the system, subject to product availability, delivery feasibility, and the validity of the details and payment.
VitaMeals may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, including:
- Unavailability of a product or ingredient.
- A clear error in the price or product description.
- Missing or inaccurate information.
- Inability to access the delivery address.
- The address falling outside the delivery area.
- Suspected fraud or misuse.
- A payment issue.
- An operational, security, or health-related circumstance.
- Force majeure or an event beyond reasonable control.
- Any other legitimate reason permitted by law.
Where VitaMeals cancels a paid order and the product is not supplied, the amount due will be refunded in accordance with the payment method and applicable procedures, unless another arrangement is agreed with the customer.
The customer is not entitled to additional compensation merely because an order was legitimately refused or cancelled, except for rights that cannot be excluded by law.
08Prices
The prices displayed on the website are those in force at the time of the order and are subject to change at any time before the order is confirmed.
VitaMeals may modify:
- Meal prices.
- Delivery fees.
- Discounts.
- Price tiers.
- Promotions.
- Coupons.
- Points and rewards terms.
A modification does not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except in the case of a clear pricing error or as permitted by law.
If an incorrect price appears due to a clear technical or human error, VitaMeals may cancel the order or offer to complete it at the correct price.
09Payment Methods
VitaMeals accepts the payment methods displayed on the website, which may include card payment or any additional method the Company makes available.
Some payments are processed through external payment providers, and their use may be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
VitaMeals does not guarantee that a payment transaction will be accepted; it may be declined by the bank, the card company, or the payment provider.
The customer is responsible for using a payment method they are entitled to use and for the accuracy of the payment details.
VitaMeals does not necessarily retain full card details; such details may be processed directly by the payment provider.
10Order Cut-Off Times
Orders are subject to the cut-off times published on the website.
Under the current schedule:
- Orders for Sunday delivery may be modified or cancelled until Friday at 14:00.
- Orders for Wednesday delivery may be modified or cancelled until Monday at 14:00.
VitaMeals may modify delivery days or cut-off times, or close ordering early, due to production capacity, availability, or operational circumstances.
The cut-off time displayed and applied at the time the order is placed is the one governing that order.
11Order Cancellation Policy (Israeli Consumer Protection Law)
This section is VitaMeals' order cancellation policy. It is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ"א-1981) and the regulations enacted under it.
Nothing in this section, or anywhere else in these Terms, derogates from any right granted to a consumer under applicable law. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of law, the law prevails.
How to submit a cancellation request
A cancellation request should be submitted in writing through one of the following channels, stating the customer's name, the phone number given on the order, and the order number:
- WhatsApp or phone: 0527418907
- Email: vitameal.ad@gmail.com
The date on which VitaMeals receives the notice is the operative date for the periods set out below. Customers are advised to keep confirmation that the notice was sent.
Cancellation before the order cut-off time
An order may be cancelled at no cost up to the cut-off time applicable to it, as set out in section 10 above.
In that case the customer is refunded the full amount actually paid for the order, to the payment method used for the transaction. Points redeemed on the order are returned to the customer's account in accordance with section 18.
Cancellation after the cut-off time — fresh, perishable food
The meals supplied by VitaMeals are freshly cooked food, purchased and prepared according to the number of orders received by the cut-off time.
Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law provides that the right of cancellation in a distance sale transaction does not apply, among other things, to perishable goods (טובין פסידים). Accordingly, after the cut-off time — once ingredient procurement or meal preparation has begun — VitaMeals is not obliged to accept a cancellation request.
Notwithstanding the above, VitaMeals reviews every request on its merits and may, at its discretion and depending on the stage the order has reached, approve a full or partial cancellation, a credit to the customer's account, or moving the order to another delivery date.
The distance-sale right of cancellation, where it applies
Where a transaction is not among the exceptions listed in section 14C(d) of the Law, the customer may cancel the transaction under section 14C of the Law — from the day the transaction was made until 14 days from the day the goods were received or from the day the document containing the transaction details was received, whichever is later.
In such a case the provisions of section 14E of the Law apply, including:
- Refund of the amount paid for the transaction within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- VitaMeals' right to charge a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
- Cancellation of the charge for the transaction and provision of a copy of the charge-cancellation notice, where required by law.
Cancellation by a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant
Under section 14C(c1) of the Law, a customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (אזרח ותיק), or a new immigrant (עולה חדש) may cancel a distance sale transaction within four months of the day the transaction was made, of the day the goods were received, or of the day the document containing the transaction details was received, whichever is later, provided that the engagement included a conversation between the business and the customer, including a conversation by electronic communication. VitaMeals may request a certificate evidencing eligibility, as provided in the Law.
This right is likewise subject to the exceptions set out in the Law, including the exception applying to perishable goods.
Meals that are defective, missing, incorrect, or not delivered
If a meal arrives defective, missing, or not matching what was ordered, or if the order was not delivered on the scheduled date, the customer should contact VitaMeals as soon as possible and in any event within a reasonable time of delivery, providing the order number, a description of the problem, and a photograph where possible.
Where cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity, or failure to supply on time, no cancellation fee is charged and amounts paid are refunded in accordance with the law. The available remedies are set out in section 12 below.
How refunds are made
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the transaction. For credit-card transactions the refund is processed through the clearing company, and the date the credit actually appears in the customer's account is subject to the credit-card company's procedures.
Cancellation of an order by VitaMeals
VitaMeals may cancel an order, in whole or in part, in cases of product unavailability, a production failure, a material pricing error, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or suspected misuse. Where an order is cancelled for these reasons, the customer is refunded the full amount paid for the cancelled part, and no cancellation fee is charged.
12Refunds and Remedies
Refund or compensation requests are examined according to the nature of the case and the information available.
Where a problem is established that falls within VitaMeals' responsibility, the Company may, depending on the case and the law, offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the meal or product.
- Credit added to the customer's account.
- A voucher or appropriate compensation.
- A full or partial refund.
- Any other agreed resolution.
The customer does not have an automatic right to choose the form of remedy, unless the law grants them a specific right.
A problem with a meal must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, together with the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs or information as requested, so that VitaMeals can examine it.
No amounts or credits are granted for problems arising after delivery due to the customer's handling of the meals.
13Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by an external delivery company or by contractors operating independently of VitaMeals.
VitaMeals coordinates the delivery with the carrier; this does not create a direct contract between the customer and the delivery company unless expressly stated otherwise.
The arrival window communicated to the customer is an estimate, not a to-the-minute guaranteed time.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond reasonable control, such as:
- Traffic congestion.
- Weather.
- Accidents.
- Breakdowns.
- Security conditions.
- Delays at earlier stops.
- Access difficulties.
- Inaccurate address information.
- Force majeure.
A delay that is reasonable or results from circumstances beyond control does not automatically constitute a breach.
14Customer's Responsibility for Receipt
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing an accurate and complete address.
- Providing a reachable telephone number.
- Ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.
- Informing VitaMeals in advance of any necessary instructions.
- Arranging an alternative means of receipt when unavailable.
An approximate delivery time may be sent before the delivery day to help the customer arrange receipt.
If the customer is unavailable, an attempt may be made to coordinate an alternative with them, but VitaMeals does not guarantee an additional attempt or redelivery free of charge.
Failure of delivery caused by the customer or by inaccurate information may result in the customer bearing additional delivery fees, or in the delivery obligation being deemed fulfilled, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15Leaving an Order at a Location Designated by the Customer
If the customer requests that the order be left at the door, with a neighbour, with a guard, at a reception desk, at a shop, or at another point, this constitutes express authorisation to deliver at that location.
The order is deemed delivered once placed at the location designated by the customer or handed to the person they have designated.
The customer bears the risks and responsibility arising from their own instructions, including late collection of the order, access to it by third parties, or it remaining unattended.
16Responsibility After Delivery
From the moment the customer receives the meals, or they are delivered to a person or location designated by the customer, responsibility for them passes to the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitaMeals is not liable for any damage, spoilage, alteration, or risk arising after delivery from the customer's conduct, delay, negligence, or manner of handling the meals.
This clause does not exempt VitaMeals from liability that cannot be excluded by law for an act or defect that existed prior to delivery.
17Inspection upon Receipt
The customer must inspect the order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it and verify:
- The number of products.
- The integrity of the packaging.
- Reasonable conformity of the order.
- The absence of any obvious problem.
Shortages, visible damage, or errors in the order must be reported to VitaMeals within a reasonable time, with photographs attached upon request.
Unjustified delay in reporting may make it difficult to examine or accept the complaint, subject to mandatory legal rights.
18Points and Rewards
Where VitaMeals offers a points or rewards programme, it is a promotional programme and not a bank account, money, or acquired financial property.
Points are subject to the terms displayed on the website at the time they are granted or used.
VitaMeals may:
- Determine how points are calculated.
- Determine their validity period.
- Change the earning or redemption rate.
- Exclude certain products or fees.
- Set limits on their use.
- Correct errors.
- Suspend, modify, or discontinue the programme.
Points may not be converted into cash, nor transferred or sold, unless VitaMeals expressly permits it.
Points may be cancelled where they resulted from:
- A technical or accounting error.
- An order that was cancelled or refunded.
- Fraud or manipulation.
- Abusive opening of multiple accounts.
- Misuse of the programme.
- Breach of these Terms.
Future changes take effect in accordance with the notice or update published by VitaMeals, subject to applicable law.
19Coupons and Promotions
Vouchers, coupons, and promotions are subject to their own terms, including validity period, eligible products, and minimum order value.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Coupons and promotions may not be combined.
- A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The value of a coupon is not refunded in cash upon order cancellation.
- Use may be limited to one account, telephone number, or customer.
- Non-compliant or fraudulent use may be cancelled.
VitaMeals may terminate or modify a future promotion; this does not affect a confirmed order except in accordance with the law and the promotion's terms.
20Referral Programme
Where a referral programme is available, it must be used personally and in good faith.
The following are prohibited:
- Creating fictitious accounts.
- Self-referral.
- Publishing codes in a misleading manner.
- Using automated tools.
- Buying or selling referrals.
- Manipulating the programme to obtain multiple rewards.
VitaMeals may suspend or cancel rewards and examine related accounts where misuse is suspected.
21Order-Related Messages
The customer agrees to receive operational messages necessary for managing the order, such as:
- Order confirmation.
- Payment.
- Receipt.
- Approximate delivery time.
- Contact attempts.
- Changes or issues relating to the order.
- Customer service.
These messages may be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or telephone, according to the customer's details and the available channels.
Operational messages do not constitute automatic consent to marketing messages.
22Marketing Messages
Offers and marketing campaigns are not sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email except in accordance with the consent given by the customer or another permitted legal basis.
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition for completing an ordinary order.
The customer may request that marketing messages stop, through the means indicated in the message or by contacting VitaMeals.
The customer may continue to receive operational messages relating to their orders even after unsubscribing from marketing.
23Acceptable Use of the Website
Use of the website is prohibited:
- In an unlawful manner.
- To impersonate another person.
- To provide false information.
- To manipulate prices or promotions.
- To hack or disrupt the website.
- To extract data by automated means.
- To transmit malicious software.
- To infringe intellectual property rights.
- To misuse accounts or payment methods.
VitaMeals may take reasonable measures to protect the website and investigate violations.
24Intellectual Property
All rights in the website, the VitaMeals trademark, and the designs, logos, texts, images, content, software, and databases are owned by VitaMeals or used under licence.
They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
The user is granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the website for personal purchasing purposes only.
25Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain services or links relating to payment providers, maps, communications, social networks, or other parties.
Such services are subject to the terms and policies of the parties operating them.
VitaMeals is not responsible for the practices of third parties beyond its control, without derogating from its legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded.
26Website Availability
The website, or parts of it, may be updated, modified, or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, development, or operational reasons.
VitaMeals does not guarantee that the website will be entirely free of interruptions or errors.
Errors may be corrected and information updated at any time.
27Medical Disclaimer
VitaMeals does not provide medical or therapeutic services.
The meals and the information on the website are not a diagnosis, treatment, or personal medical recommendation.
Anyone suffering from an illness, taking medication, following a therapeutic diet, or having a special health need should consult a qualified professional before selecting or consuming the meals.
28Limitation of Liability
VitaMeals' liability is as provided by law and to the extent that it cannot be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitaMeals is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits or opportunities.
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
- Delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Misuse of the website.
- Improper handling of the meals after delivery.
- Allergies or dietary restrictions that the customer did not clearly disclose.
- Services or acts of third parties beyond VitaMeals' direct control.
No provision is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from fraud, deception, or gross negligence, where applicable.
29Indemnity for Violations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user is responsible for direct damage caused to VitaMeals as a result of:
- Unlawful use of the website.
- Fraudulent information.
- Misuse of payments, points, or coupons.
- Infringement of intellectual property.
- A material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not apply in a manner that derogates from mandatory consumer rights.
30Force Majeure
VitaMeals is not liable for delay or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, such as:
- War or security disturbances.
- Government or regulatory directives.
- Natural disasters.
- Epidemics.
- Strikes.
- Road closures.
- Widespread power or communications outages.
- Major failures at suppliers or delivery companies.
- Unforeseen shortage of materials.
In such cases, orders may be modified, postponed, or cancelled, with amounts paid handled in accordance with the law and the circumstances.
31Changes to These Terms
VitaMeals may amend these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the website together with its update date.
Amendments apply to future use and orders from the date of publication, and do not apply retroactively to a confirmed order unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.
32Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The competent courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without derogating from any mandatory jurisdiction or right granted to the consumer by law.
33Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in force.
The provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where the law permits.
34No Waiver
VitaMeals' failure to exercise a right in a particular case does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
